Das Votum der Vereine des Fußball- und Leichtathletik-Verbandes Westfalen (FLVW) für einen Saisonabbruch war mit über 88 Prozent bereits eindeutig. Dies haben jetzt auch die 29 Vorsitzenden der Kreis-Jugend-Ausschüsse in insgesamt vier Videokonferenzen bestätigt.
FLVW-Vizepräsident Jugend Holger Bellinghoff fasst die Stimmungslage zusammen: „Bei sorgfältiger Abwägung aller Vor- und Nachteile ist dieser Weg alternativlos.“ „Wir werden das Votum der Vereine und Kreise aufnehmen und entsprechende Planungen sowie die Vorbereitung notwendiger Beschlüsse vorbereiten,“ nahm Harald Ollech, Vorsitzender des Verbands-Jugend-Ausschusses, den Arbeitsauftrag für die nächsten Tage und Wochen an. „Sofern im Westdeutschen Fußball-Verband (WDFV) keine einheitliche Vorgehensweise abgestimmt werden kann, werden ergänzend zu den Änderungen der Jugendspielordnung des WDFV notwendige Beschlüsse über einen außerordentlichen FLVW-Jugendtag zu fassen sein“, so Ollech weiter.
Auch im Hinblick auf Abbruch mit Wertung oder Annullierung bestätigte sich das Ergebnis der Umfrage unter den Vereinen. Die eindeutige Mehrheit der Kreis-Jugend-Ausschüsse plädierte für eine Wertung. „Dies stellt uns vor große Herausforderungen und ist selbst im engen Dialog mit den Vereinen nicht mit einer Berechnungsformel zu lösen“, betonte Christian Kroker, Vorsitzender des Kreis-Jugend-Ausschusses in Paderborn. In Kreisen mit Qualifikations- und Meisterrunden fehlt eine Grundlage für eine Wertung und die Ermittlung von möglichen Aufsteigern. „Genau diese Fälle müssen nunmehr im Austausch zwischen Verband, Kreisen und Vereinen kreativ gelöst werden“, so Stefan Korweslühr als zuständiges Mitglied des Verbands-Jugend-Ausschusses für den Jugendspielbetrieb.
Auch für die Saisonplanung 2020/2021 wird eine größtmögliche Flexibilität angedacht. Staffelplanung, Wettbewerbsformen und weitere erforderliche Regelungen sind abhängig von einem verbindlichen Starttermin für einen Spielbetrieb. Dieser ist weiterhin abhängig von behördlichen Anordnungen. „Wir haben eine absolute Ausnahmesituation, in der von uns Entscheidungen erwartet werden. Gemeinsam suchen wir nach einer gerechten Lösung, die möglichst viele Vereine mittragen können“, so Bellinghoff.

Der FLVW hat alle Jugendspiele in seinen Ligen bis zum 10.05.2020 abgesetzt.
Deshalb wird auch der Kreis Hagen sich anschließen und alle Jugendspiele bis zu diesem Datum absetzen.
Wir warten jetzt auf die Entscheidungen in den nächsten Wochen.
Bundesregierung ,DFB und die Landesverbände.
Der FLVW wird wohl auch dann zeitnah entscheiden, ob und wie es dann weitergehen wird.
Wann die Städte die Platzanlagen und Hallen wieder freigeben steht ja auch noch nicht fest.

Innerhalb der ersten beiden Sommerferienwochen (27.06-10.07) brechen wir gemeinsam mit anderen FLVW-Kreisen Bochum, Dortmund, Gelsenkirchen, Herne, Recklinghausen & Unna/Hamm auf ins beschauliche und malerische Dörfchen Landenhausen. Mit im Gepäck: Jede Menge gute Laune und viele neue Ideen, um im diesen Jahr Landenhausen wieder zu etwas ganz besonderem zu machen. Die Betreuer fiebern dem Abfahrtstermin schon entgegen, auch wenn bis dahin noch viel Zeit vergeht. Aber seid schnell, die begehrten Plätze für die Jubiläumsfahrt 2020 sind schnell weg. im Folgenden informieren wir Sie über den aktuellen Stand der Auswirkungen der zunehmenden Corona-Infektionen in Westfalen auf Spielbetrieb, Laufveranstaltungen und Wettkampfwesen. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass alle Veranstaltungen des Verbandes mit einer Zuschauerzahl, die unter 1.000 Personen liegt, generell stattfinden werden. AUßER es liegt eine behördliche Verfügung vor, die das Spiel oder den Wettkampf untersagt. Wir sind uns unserer Verantwortung für die Gesundheit von Aktiven und Zuschauern bewusst, Entscheidungen über tiefgreifende Maßnahmen für den Spielbetrieb wie Zuschauerausschlüsse oder Spielabsagen müssen von den zuständigen Gesundheitsbehörden und Krisenstäben getroffen werden. Gleichzeitig bitten wir Sie, also alle westfälischen Vereine, aktiv zu prüfen, ob es Spielerinnen und Spieler, Trainerinnen und Trainer, Betreuerinnen und Betreuer in Ihren Vereinen gibt, die in den vergangenen zwei Wochen aus einem Risikogebiet zurückgekehrt sind. Diese Personen sollen derzeit – unabhängig von etwaigen Symptomen –weder an Spielen noch am Trainingsbetrieb teilnehmen. Dies gilt selbstverständlich auch für alle Menschen, die Symptome aufweisen. FLVW informiert zum Umgang mit Coronavirus
Die Task Force des Fußball- und Leichtathletik-Verbands Westfalen (FLVW) informiert seine Vereine, dass Spiele ausschließlich unter Umsetzung der Verordnungen des NRW-Gesundheitsministeriums vom 10. März ausgetragen werden. Dies gilt auch für Entscheidungen der örtlichen Behörden, Veranstaltungen nur mit einer gewissen Personenanzahl stattfinden zu lassen. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass die Zahl der Amateurspiele mit einem Zuschaueraufkommen in Höhe von 1.000 Zuschauern überschaubar ist, gilt hier das Vorgehen zur Prüfung des Einzelfalls in Absprache mit den zuständigen Behörden.
Aktuell plant der FLVW die laufende Saison 2019/2020 wie vorgesehen bis zum Sommer 2020 zu Ende zu spielen, um Auf- und Absteiger zu ermitteln und Vereinen für die kommende Saison Planungssicherheit zu geben.
Der FLVW steht mit den örtlichen Gesundheitsbehörden und Krisenstäben in Kontakt, um auf mögliche Entwicklungen umgehend zu reagieren und dies dann auch zu kommunizieren. Darüber hinaus gilt, dass im Fall einer diagnostizierten Corona-Infektion bzw. eines Verdachts mit Quarantäneanordnung im direkten Vereinsumfeld der Staffelleiter zu informieren ist. Dann wird das betreffende Spiel verlegt. Der Ausfall einzelner Spielerinnen und Spieler, die bei einem Verdacht nicht in direktem Kontakt zur Mannschaft standen und stehen, berechtigt grundsätzlich nicht zu einer Spielabsetzung. Hier ist die Verhältnismäßigkeit zu wahren, da in anderen Fällen von Erkrankungen und Verletzungen keine Absetzung möglich ist, um überhaupt einen geregelten Spielbetrieb betreiben zu können.
„Der Ministerpräsident hat in der Pressekonferenz ausdrücklich das Solidarprinzip betont, dass auch ich noch einmal unterstreichen möchte. Alle Vereine sind daher aufgefordert, aktiv zu prüfen, ob es Spielerinnen und Spieler in ihren Mannschaften gibt, die in den vergangenen zwei Wochen aus einem Risikogebiet zurückgekehrt sind. Das gilt auch für Fans von Amateurfußballvereinen“, appelliert Präsident Gundolf Walaschewski an das Verantwortungsbewusstsein jedes Einzelnen.
